ASCTA Membership runs annually from 1 July to 30 June and needs to be renewed before June 30 each year via Swim Central.

Visit https://swimcentral.swimming.org.au, select Sign In then Forgot Password. Enter your email address click "Send Reset Request". You should receive an email with a link to reset your password and login to Swim Central.
If you are a current member but have not logged into Swim Central before, you can sign in and update your password by choosing "Sign In" and then choose "Forgot Password".
If you are a new member wishing to join, select "Register" and follow the prompts. If you have any issues please contact our office for more assistance.
An administrator is required to update email addresses. Please send a written request to change your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the old email address as well as the new email address.
This means there is already an existing account linked to that email address. Please use the reset password function to reset the password and gain access to the account.
No, we are not able to undertake renewals over the phone as agreement is required to the Safe Sport Framework.
